Many project choices are available such as expressive arts, mechanical science, computer science, natural resources, family living or a variety of animal science projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/snohomish\/agriculture\/\">Agriculture<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are helping cultivate a healthier, more sustainable food and farming system for Snohomish County. Extension agriculture programming offers courses on sustainable and organic farming,small-scale food and livestock production, processing and distribution, food safety, and helping increase farmers\u2019 bottom line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"http:\/\/forestry.wsu.edu\/nps\/\">Forestry<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer a variety of forestry classes, publications, and online resources that are designed for people with just a few acres of woods as well those with larger forests or tree farms. Whether you are interested in a healthy forest, wildlife, timber production, the beauty and aesthetics of a natural area, or some combination thereof, we have research-based answers to help you get the most out of your property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/snohomish\/families\/\">Healthy Families<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We serve Snohomish County\u2019s families and individuals through collaborative outreach work and learning opportunities in the following program areas: SNAP-Ed Nutrition education, Strengthening Families and their relationships,&nbsp; Food Preservation, and Food Safety. Each area strives to provide meaningful ways for families to connect and learn together.
