Summarize by year, project, number of exhibits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List your winnings or special honors awarded in 4-H contests associated with the Evergreen Fair such as judging, style show, demonstrations, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List the types of Community Service you have participated in during the past year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List one or two highlights of your experiences in 4-H leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are your plans after high school graduation?
