If a volunteer is nominated for more than one award in a year, the County Award Committee will choose which award will be awarded that year.&nbsp; Volunteers may not nominate themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be notified if your nominee is selected to receive this award.&nbsp; It will be your responsibility to make sure the volunteer you have nominated is at the County Awards Ceremony to receive the award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Due Date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominations are due to the 4-H office by July 1st each year.&nbsp; Submit by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:snoco.4h@wsu.edu\">snoco.4h@wsu.edu<\/a> or mail\/deliver to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4-H Youth Development<br>6705 Puget Park Drive<br>Snohomish, WA 98296<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-column  wsu-color-background--gray-5\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Volunteer Recognition Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Specify which award you are nominating the volunteer for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outstanding Volunteer Patch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nomination is made by a member, parent or another volunteer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements: 5+ years of history as an enrolled 4-H volunteer, and county-level involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact Award<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nomination is made by member or parent&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>(limited to 5 recipients per year)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements: Volunteer has had a positive impact on an individual, club or program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ad\u00ad\u00adClover Award<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nomination is made by another volunteer&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>(limited to 5 recipients per year)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements: Volunteer has had a positive impact on 4-H in general.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to include in your nomination:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Your name, phone number, e-mail, and mailing address\n<ul>\n<li>Your role in 4-H (youth member, parent, volunteer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nominee&#8217;s name, club\/program, and number of years as a volunteer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which award you are nominating them for<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Briefly list the nominee&#8217;s involvement with each level of 4-H, to the best of your knowledge:\n<ul>\n<li>Project&nbsp;
