The scoring process is ideally undertaken by a committee of youth and adults, via youth-adult partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Award scores are due to the 4-H office by <strong>August 5th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The period used to measure the club&#8217;s achievement is the current 4-H year, October 1st through July 31st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awards will be presented at the 4-H Awards Ceremony on the first night of the Evergreen State Fair.&nbsp; 15 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80% by December 15th: 10 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70% by January 15th: 5 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New members enrolled in the club:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>More than 5 new members: 15 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 3 and 5 new members:&nbsp;
