Want recognition for the time and energy you\u2019ve put into attending educational workshops? Then, the EVOLVE Volunteer Program is for you!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EVOLVE Program is a combination of education and recognition that will leave you with more skills and knowledge to run your club, project, program, or other group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EVOLVE Program Goals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide quality education focused on attractive topics for leaders of youth groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the quality of leadership and content of youth programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognize volunteers for their commitment to increasing the quality of programming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Educational Offerings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Organizational Leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Youth Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group Facilitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the four main areas has various workshops that will be offered on a rotating basis over a three-year period. Upon completion of a prescribed course of education, volunteers will receive a certain level of recognition. Each category\u2019s prescribed course will contain some required and some elective workshops. Depending on the volunteer position held, a prescribed coursework must be completed over a two-year period.
