Been a few years since you\u2019ve canned? Learn about the most recent research and changes to home canning procedures along with links to plenty of safe, tested recipes.<\/p>\n<p>First in the Preserve the Harvest series, we\u2019ll cover the basics of food safety and canning skills, canning equipment, canning high and low acid foods, along with hot water bath and pressure canning. In addition, there will be plenty of time for your canning questions after the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>A list of recommended resources will be provided via email the next day to those registered along with a link to a video recording of the class.
