Toss it? No way! Bring it to a WSU Repair Caf\u00e9!<\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">You can bring your vacuums, lamps, bikes, jewelry, and one of our volunteer fixers will diagnose the issue and do their best to make it usable again. They will show you their process, order parts if necessary, and help you learn how to do it yourself with one-on-one instruction. Our fixers can repair your items and keep stuff from going to the landfill!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This Repair Cafe takes place during the city of Bothell&#8217;s Sustainamania! So, before or after you have your item repaired, check out the rest of the event that includes local low-waste artisans and business, nonprofit and environmental organizations, games and crafts, live music, and more!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">We cannot fund the cost of any additional parts needed. If your item needs a part for repair, our volunteer will contact you to discuss this with you.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">We don\u2019t guarantee repairs, and we are not responsible for any damages from attempting to repair an item. So, you must sign a liability release form before seeing a repair specialist.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">At these free repair events, we may decline to work on any item \u2013 in advance or at the event \u2013 depending on the item, the type of repair needed, the fixers available, or for other reasons. We cannot work on cell phones or Apple products.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Two item maximum per meeting.
