Speakers:<\/strong> Jackie Trimble has been a Master Gardener since 2009, but gardening has been a passion all her life. She considers herself a lifelong learner and continues to enjoy the peace and satisfaction that gardening provides and marvel at what she has yet to learn. She serves as President of the Snohomish County Master Gardener Foundation and as the chair of the Education Outreach committee.<\/p>\n In partnership with WSU Snohomish County Master Gardeners, the Growing Groceries program brings beginning and experienced gardeners together with speakers and topics focused on growing healthy food using sustainable gardening practices.<\/p>\n No matter if you only have a tiny apartment deck, small garden space, or plenty of acreage you can grow fresh, healthy food in a healthier, more environmentally friendly way.<\/p>\n Developed over the last decade, our program goal is to increase community access to fresh, healthy food by teaching the latest research-based techniques for growing food.<\/p>\n WSU Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination.
