Create that perfect balance of fruit, sweetener, and other ingredients to enhance flavor and shelf life with research-based recipes. Low and no-sugar recipes covered.<\/p>\n<p>Third in the Preserve the Harvest series, we&#8217;ll cover the basics of making shelf-stable jams, jellies, and preserves. In addition, there will be plenty of time for your canning questions after the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>A list of recommended resources will be provided via email the next day to those registered along with a link to a video recording of the class. The video recording will be available to view for one year after the class occurs.
