2020 Food Preservation Classes
Classes must have a minimum of 8 paid enrollments to be held. Classes that fail to make the minimum one week prior to scheduled times will be cancelled.
Prepare to Preserve Series
A series of five lessons for the in-home consumer who wants to learn about food preservation and food safety.

- Spoilage and Canning Basics
- Preserving Naturally Acid Foods
- Preserving Low Acid Foods

Public Demonstrations
I am available to share canning information at libraries, festivals, and other public events. Fees for these services vary. I am currently booking dates for Spring 2019.
