2021 Food Preservation Classes

Cost for each class session is $15

Sept 1, 2021 6:30 – 8:00 PM  Canning Tomatoes, & Salsas
Sept 29, 2021 6:30 – 8:00 PM  Principles of Fermenting Veggies

Prepare to Preserve Series

A series of five lessons for the in-home consumer who wants to learn about food preservation and food safety.

Scheduled to begin in October 2, 2021

  2. Causes and Prevention of Food-borne Illness
  3. Spoilage and Canning Basics
  4. Preserving Naturally Acid Foods
  5. Preserving Low Acid Foods
