4-H Cake Decorating 101

Overview of cake decorating tools and techniques with hands-on practice.
Free for enrolled 4-H members. Non members age 5-18 are welcome to join and will be charged $2 per youth at the door. Hosted by Spokane Valley Explorers 4-H Club.
Registration opens April 14th. Prior sign-up is required for attendance due to limited class space.
