Hands on Sauerkraut

To add zip to your menu and perk up your family’s taste buds, nothing can match the flavor of homemade sauerkraut.  No need for a 5- or 20-gallon container in the basement!  Come learn how to make up a batch of three quart jars at a time.

Class will be held at WSU Spokane County Extension, 222 N Havana in Spokane

Cost: $15 per individual/$20 for two at same address
