The “Playing with Fire” BBQ short course will be hosted by Dr. Paul Kuber a meat scientist and livestock specialist with Washington State University Extension. Prior to joining WSU, Dr. Kuber developed and taught a BBQ science course, the first one of its kind in a University setting, at The Ohio State University.
The short-course will begin at 2 pm on October 25th and concludes the 27th in the afternoon.
Course Fee $275* includes:
- All Supplies
- All Course Materials – Including Recipes
- Exposure to World Class Instructors
