Preserving Fruit – Cancelled

Fruits have always been a staple of home preserving. Come and learn about the variety of methods to lengthen the shelf-life of these precious and tasty treats. Canning and freezing fruit and preserving pie filling will be covered.
Class will be held at WSU Spokane County Extension, 222 N Havana in Spokane
Cost: $20 per individual/$30 for two at same address
