Leaders will often invite prospective new members to attend a meeting before officially enrolling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/spokane\/4h\/volunteer\/new-club\/\">Start a new club<\/a>.<\/strong> Don&#8217;t see an open club that fits your schedule or interests? Contact the 4-H office to discuss the possibility of starting a new club in your area. At minimum, you will need:\n<ul>\n<li>One trained 4-H <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/spokane\/4h\/volunteer\/\">volunteer<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Five youth from three different families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/spokane\/4h\/contact\/\">Contact our office<\/a>.<\/strong> Feel free to call or send us a message if you have questions or need suggestions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--medium\"><strong><br> <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4-H Eligibility:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The WSU 4-H Youth Development Program abides by the nondiscrimination policies of WSU and the USDA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 4-H year is October 1st through September 30th.
