According to the group, these microgreens are highly nutritious. They contain up to 40 times more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than their mature counterparts. They&#8217;re easy to grow, even in a college dorm room. In the summer, they were able to assemble and hand out more than 600 kits to colleges across the state. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As one teen program member explains, &#8220;There&#8217;s a blackout period, so it just sits in its box on the side, and then towards the end of its life, you just put it by a window. So it&#8217;s super easy. Water it once a day.
