All club leaders and 4-H volunteers are encouraged to attend. One representative from each club must attend. Annual paperwork due, share stories of your clubs&#8217; successes and why 4-H is important. Two date option. Must attend one in person at the 4-H Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club Renewal Checklist:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The main club leader and all project leaders must renew their volunteer enrollment in <a href=\"https:\/\/v2.4honline.com\/#\/user\/sign-in\">4-H Online<\/a> <strong>after October 1<\/strong> and update their background check if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least one representative of each club must attend a fall kickoff meeting in person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/wpcdn.web.wsu.edu\/extension\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2025\/09\/4-H-Club-Packet-2025-Part-A-fillable.pdf\">Part A paperwork (PDF)<\/a> <strong>must<\/strong> be completed and turned in to the 4-H office before youth enrollment will be approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any clubs with a bank account must complete the <a
