Swing by the WSU Stevens County Extension office with any home gardening issues. Master Gardeners will be on hand to ask questions. If possible please bring actual samples and pictures of the problem area. If bringing in grass for identification having a sample with roots is extremely helpful. Tree issues should have a sample of the leaves and a picture of the whole tree. Please fill out or be prepared to fill out an information form to assist with diagnosis. If you cannot make the plant clinic times samples can be dropped off at the office between 8-12 and 1-4:30pm and the following Tues a Master Gardener will look at the sample.

2019 Lawn turf grass diagnosis

• This form is for any lawn issues. Please include a sample including the root system and a picture of the affected and surrounding areas. Lawn issues can be very hard to identify unless pictures of the affected spot both from afar and close up are included.
