Learn in the Garden Series – Open Garden & Classes

Take advantage of the summer light and join us for an evening stroll through our Dirt Works Demonstration and Learning Garden, inside Yauger Park—West Olympia.
From 5:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. explore 2 acres of inspiring fruit, vegetable, ornamental gardens that use scientifically proven gardening practices. At each of the three evenings we will demonstrate a specific gardening practice.
July 14 – Square Foot Vegetable Gardening
August 4 – Food and Yard Waste Composting
September 1— Fall Gardening & Clean-up
Presentations begin at 6:30p.m. at the gazebo inside Dirt Works Garden. Take home information will be available.
This event is free, open to all, and no pre-registration needed, just show up.
