DESCRIPTION:Details/Event description:  \nThe workshop will focus on the basics of pruning various ornamental plants. The following will be covered: Pruning tools\, the methods of pruning different plant types (trees\, shrubs\, and multi-stem plants)\, different pruning cuts (good and bad ones)\, and the steps of pruning. Resources will be provided. \nWe will be walking throughout the park discussing and demonstrating different pruning techniques. The level of activity is light. The surfaces will be paved\, gravel\, and grass. No need to bring any tools. We will be outside for the duration of this presentation.
