DESCRIPTION:Spring Edition-CANCELED\nIMPORTANT: \nAfter discussions with our WSU Extension Director\, Master Gardener Foundation of Thurston County Board Members\, and review of COVID-19 and flu materials distributed by National\, State and our local County officials it was decided that we would CANCEL our Education Day scheduled for Saturday\, March 21st. \nThis decision was not made lightly and was based on facts and not fear. Ultimately is was decided that the potential risks outweighed the need to have the event. Master Your: Garden\, Compost and Recycling Education Day is an important\, but not critical event for our programs. \nWe are looking into finding a fall date for a potential Education Day. We will post updates on this page as they develop. \nThank you for your understanding and we hope to see you at some of our other gardening\, composting and recycling events later this year. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n   \nHere is some information about our Spring Education Day. \nSaturday\, March 21\, 2020  CANCELED \n9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  (Doors open at 9 a.m.) \nLocation: The Salvation Army Community Center –  1505 4th Ave. E\, Olympia 98506 (Plenty of street parking is available if parking lot fills.) \nAdmission: $5 per person (cash or check only\, no credit cards please) \nNo pre-registration but space is limited and filled on a first-come\, first-served basis. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nVisit our event webpage for a full list of workshops and activities. \n  \n
