Washington State University Extension will &nbsp;provide you the support and training you\u2019ll need along the way. You will be a&nbsp;<em><strong>valued partner<\/strong><\/em> in helping grow kids.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/article>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-heading--style-marked\">You may choose from a variety of leadership roles:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General Club Leader<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Leader<\/strong>&nbsp;(responsible for leading the educational\/activity component of projects within the club)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activity Leader<\/strong>&nbsp;(responsible for leadership of various club activities including fund raising, record keeping, community service, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resource Volunteer<\/strong>&nbsp;(assists with various 4-H events, fund raisers, etc., has no direct supervision of, or unsupervised access to, 4-H youth)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administrative Volunteers<\/strong>&nbsp;(responsible for overall organization and leadership of general program areas, organization of county-wide events, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adults interested in becoming volunteer leaders should contact the 4-H office to start the application and screening process. New 4-H clubs may be started anytime throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to start a club or help with an existing club?
