Washington State University Extension will \u00a0provide you the support and training you\u2019ll need along the way. You will be a\u00a0<em><strong>valued p<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>artner<\/strong><\/em> in helping grow kids.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are a variety of leadership roles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General Club Leader<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Leader<\/strong>\u00a0(responsible for leading the educational\/activity component of projects within the club)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Activity Leader<\/strong>\u00a0(responsible for leadership of various club activities including fund raising, record keeping, community service, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resource Volunteer<\/strong>\u00a0(assists with various 4-H events, fund raisers, etc., has no direct supervision of, or unsupervised access to, 4-H youth)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Administrative Volunteers<\/strong>\u00a0(responsible for overall organization and leadership of general program areas, organization of county-wide events, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adults interested in becoming volunteer leaders should contact the 4-H office to start the application and screening process. New 4-H clubs can be started anytime throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>Want to start a club or help with an existing club?
