Our&nbsp; certified WSU Master Gardener and Master Recycler Composter volunteers are available to answer questions via email. This service is free to all Thurston County residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not from Thurston County? We have contact information for the WSU Master Gardener and Master Recycler Composter programs from the surround counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The question\/answer clinics are operated by the WSU and Thurston County certified volunteers.
