HACCP and PCQI, Dec. 12-14 (at Grays River Valley Center):

Fish Pickling and Smoking, Dec. 15 (at Wahkiakum High School):

December 15th class on smoking and pickling will be at Wahkiakum High School in the FFA/Vocations classroom, in Cathlamet, WA.

All other classes are at the Grays River Valley Community Center at 30 Rosburg School Road (across SR4 from the Rosburg Store) in Rosburg, WA.
