DESCRIPTION:Horse Certificates Due   All youth carrying the 4-H Horse project\, who intend to participate in a 4-H horse class at the Walla Walla County Fair\, must file a horse certificate\, on or before June 1\, 2021\, for each horse (including back-up horses) intended to be shown at the Fair.  Also\, you must submit a Feed-Lease agreement if you or your parents/guardian do not own the animal.  If a horse certificate and\, if applicable\, a feed lease agreement is up-to-date and is already on file at the Extension Office\, you may call or email us to ask that the certificate(s) be brought forward for the current year. \nHorse Certificate C0233-1 fillable (pdf) \nEquine Feed-lease – fillable (pdf) \nIf you have questions\, please contact us at 509-524-2685 or wallawalla.4h@wsu.edu.
