FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Foods Online Blended Training

This two part blended online and instructor led course has been designed by the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in collaboration with the FDA. It is a course recognized by FDA at present in meeting their requirements. By successfully completing this course, you will meet the requirements as a FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Person who can manage a food safety preventive controls program in accordance with the Hazard Analysis and Preventive Controls Rule of the US Food and Drug Administration.
Remote live delivery through Zoom
In order to accommodate social distancing guidance, we will be hosting Instructor Led portion remotely through Zoom. All participants will need to have access to a computer with the following:
- An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam – built-in or USB plug-in

Part 1: Online

Part 2: Instructor Led – Remote Delivery

Once enrolled, you can begin the course immediately. You will also receive an automated enrollment confirmation email. You have 6 months to complete the online course, however, WSU led trainings will take place earlier. | Upon completion of Part 1: Online, you will receive an enrollment ticket and a completion email. Present either the enrollment ticket or completion email to Cathy Blood, blood@wsu.edu, for the meeting link.
