In the event of a flood, ELAP covers feed losses (purchased and produced on-farm) and lost grazing days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ECP- <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsa.usda.gov\/resources\/programs\/emergency-conservation-program-ecp\">Emergency Conservation Program<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 helps rehabilitates farmland\/pasture from flood damage, cost share program.
