He and Babe, the Blue Ox, are credited with digging out Bellingham Bay and piling up the soil to create Mt. Baker.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Paul watches over our garden and this season children can enjoy a book and story from Paul\u2019s Little Library while visiting the garden.<\/p>\n<p>Also this year, each garden bed will feature a favorite children\u2019s book.
