DESCRIPTION:We are excited to officially open registration for our upcoming Be Crash Free RideSafe Dirt Bike Clinic on June 20th. \n\n\n\nEvent Details:• Date: June 20\, 2026• Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM• Cost: $150 per participant• Ages: 8–18 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n    \n\n	\n\nThe RideSafe Motorcycle Training Course is a fun\, hands-on 4-hour program designed for youth ages 8-18 who want to learn how to safely ride dirt bikes. Certified Be Crash Free instructors will guide participants through:• Basic motorcycle controls• Protective gear and safety• Balance exercises• Starting and stopping• Turning techniques• Riding through simple obstacles \n\n\n\nSafety is the top priority\, and instruction is kept age-appropriate with small groups\, controlled riding environments\, and plenty of encouragement for new riders. \n\n\n\n\n\n	\n\nParticipants will need to provide their own dirt bike (please reach out if you do not have a bike but would like to participate). \n\n\n\nRequired riding gear includes:• Helmet• Over-the-ankle boots• Long durable pants• Long-sleeve shirt or coat• Gloves• Eye protection such as goggles or glasses \n\n\n\n\n\n\n    \n\n	\n\nWe are very excited to partner with Be Crash Free to help provide a safe and educational riding opportunity for local youth while continuing to explore future possibilities for a Kittitas County 4-H Dirt Bike Club. \n\n\n\n	\n			\n		Register Today!

SUMMARY:Youth Film Festival Call Back Date
DESCRIPTION:Calling Future Film Makers!\n\n\n\nWe have some great opportunities for youth interested in the creation of anime\, short\, or feature films. We will be hosting another Teen Film Camp on Whidbey Island from August 4th-8th\, where participants get immersed in writing\, filming\, and editing their own films. Our mentors are experienced film makers that will be available to answer any questions and guide participants through the creative process. The films made at camp will be shown on the big screen on the last day of camp as apart of the Youth Film Festival on August 8th. See below for more information! \n\n\n\n    \n\n	\n\nTeen Film Camp\n\n\n\nTeen Film Camp is an amazing opportunity for seniors in 4-H to get hands on experience with creating a short film. Participants will get to learn about a variety of aspects of film making from experienced film makers! Senior 4-H Members are invited to apply\, but space is limited to 8 teens. Applications are being accepted until April 21st\, and those that are selected will be notified by April 30th.
