SUMMARY:Grilled Cheese Sandwich Cook Off Contest at the Central Washington State Fair
DESCRIPTION:This year’s in person cookoff challenge will be a Grilled Cheese Sandwich Cookoff. A grilled cheese sandwich is defined as a toasted hot cheese sandwich that is prepared by heating slices of cheese between slices of bread and using a cooking fat to make it toasted.\n\n \n\nRules: Create a grilled cheese masterpiece. Any type of bread\, cheese\, cooking fats\, or alternatives and inclusions can be used. Exhibitors will create their entry in the prep kitchen. DESCRIPTION:All members are eligible to compete in the 4-H classes at the Central Washington State Fair (in Yakima).
