DESCRIPTION:Don’t forget to finish up your Record Books and turn them into the Extension office by Friday\, October 17th\, 2025! In order to be considered for Medal of Honor and Completion Judging\, club leaders must complete the form to nominate members for this award. Forms are available in the Extension office and on the Yakima County 4-H website. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHelpers & Volunteers are Needed!\n\n\n\nIf you are a 4-H volunteer who is interested in helping in the scoring of record books\, we would greatly appreciate the extra support! SUMMARY:Club Financial Reporting - Due December 1st
DESCRIPTION:The standard state requirement of submitting an Annual Financial Summary\, Peer-Audit Report\, and Property Inventory applies to all clubs. Clubs that handled more than $1000 and/or received more than $500 in donations in the last 4-H year are required to turn in their Treasurer’s Binder and Secretary’s Book. Any club\, regardless of funds handled is still subject to audit and if selected will be asked to provide the previous year’s Treasurer’s Binder and Secretary’s Book. Information and forms will be mailed to club leaders on this month and are due to the Extension Office by Monday\, December 1st\, 2025.
