Leadership Skills You Never Outgrow Level 1<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership skills are not developed overnight. Leadership Skills You Never Outgrow 1 will help you build your leadership skills by completing a series of leadership activities. You can do the activities individually or with a Project Helper. You will work with another person or a group of people to complete many of the activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These leadership activities will help you gain skills in seven different areas: Understanding self, communicating, getting along with others, learning to learn, making decisions, managing, and working with groups<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These skills will be helpful throughout your life. You will use them at home, at school, and in your clubs or groups. By learning and practicing these skills, you and your groups will be able to accomplish the goals you set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4-H Teen Corps Facilitator Guide<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal of Teen Corps is to strengthen communities and increase leadership opportunities for youth from 12 to 18 years old. The curriculum includes eleven lessons in three focus areas: Youth and Community Development, Workforce Readiness, and Environmental Science, and it is highly adaptable to the needs and interests of each community. The curriculum contains a printed Facilitator Guide as well as a download of the eleven PowerPoint training presentations (one presentation for each lesson).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
