At about 120 strong, Yakima Master Gardeners are among the most active in our state. Last year as a group we contributed over 1,500 volunteer hours in venues including our plant-answer clinic, demonstration gardens, classes, symposia, speaking engagements, plant sale greenhouse operations, and more. We take our mission seriously: offering research-based information on sustainable gardening and communities. And we enjoy the interaction this affords us with citizens throughout Yakima County.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
