Two clubs can audit one another; a great option for small clubs!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave any of the audit questions blank; ask questions of the club or Extension office if clarification is needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Property Inventory Form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prepared by assigned member, leader or committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record non-consumable assets and all assets of significant worth and\/or value (necessary\/costly items).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record actual purchase value or approximate replacement value, best guesstimate if unknown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Considering turning in a photocopy of the form, or printing a typed version of the form so the club maintains a copy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n<section  class=\"wsu-section\"  >\r\n        \n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Don&#8217;t handle funds?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Write \u201cwe do not handle funds\u201d on the Annual Financial Summary Report and turn it in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Don&#8217;t own property?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Write \u201cwe do not own property\u201d on the Property Inventory Form and turn it in.<\/p>\n\n
