Clubs that handled more than $1000 and\/or received more than $500 in donations in the last 4-H year are required to turn in their Treasurer&#8217;s Binder and Secretary&#8217;s Book. Any club, regardless of funds handled is still subject to audit and if selected will be asked to provide the previous year&#8217;s Treasurer&#8217;s Binder and Secretary&#8217;s Book. Information and forms will be mailed to club leaders on this month and are due to the Extension Office by <strong>Monday, December 1st, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"tribe-block
