Rachel has been working with opportunity youth in public schools, non-profits and government funded organizations for the last 20 years. Throughout these roles, she has developed mentorship programs, workforce development curriculum, and provided professional training. Through her Master of Arts in Teaching At-risk youth, Rachel’s focus has been advocating for and educating others about the power of positive, caring relationships while working with youth. Joining CAFRU as a CLEAR coach is an exciting opportunity to continue this work with an amazing team. Currently, Rachel is completing her Doctor of Educational Leadership at Gonzaga University and when she is not reading, writing, or attempting to garden, you will find her on a trail hiking to a lake.
