The Green Thumb Education Series presentation “Pruning Beyond the Basics” will be held in person on Thursday,  September 28th from noon – 1:00 p.m. at the Port Angeles Library’s Carver Room, 2210 S. Peabody St. in Port Angeles and will be broadcast live via Zoom.

Keith has been involved in horticulture for over 45 years. For the last 30 years, his career has focused on the comprehensive care of residential landscapes in the Pacific Northwest. As a Clallam County Master Gardener and active volunteer with Plant Amnesty, Keith contributes to his community by teaching classes and giving talks to promote best practices for successful, sustainable gardening.

The “Green Thumbs Garden Tips” education series, sponsored by the Washington State University Clallam County Master Gardeners, is held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month through October. In November, December, and January, one lecture is offered. Scheduled presentations are subject to change.
