WSU Fruit Schools are designed to dive deep into topics important to the industry using a combination of presentation, discussion, hands-on activities, and demonstrations. WSU Postharvest Fruit School 2018 is a three day event concentrating on all aspects of postharvest fruit.  This year we have separate tickets for specific events, giving attendees the option of which events they would like to attend.
