Expectations for 4-H Members
As a participant in 4-H events, you have the responsibility of representing all 4-H members to the public. Therefore, you are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects well on your state, county, and club, as well as yourself.
Please read, complete and sign the form each year you participate in 4-H.
The Code of Ethics Equine is required to be on file with your horse certificate at the WSU Extension office and included with your horse certificate in your record book. No Exceptions!!
