Interim EFNEP State Leader

Associate in Research, EFNEP

Catalina currently serves as the Interim State Coordinator for Washington State. She coordinates EFNEP in Pierce and King Counties of Washington State. Catalina manages evaluation and EFNEP related research projects at the state level, in additional to educational programming in Western Washington. She enjoys cooking and hiking with her husband and dog outside of the office.

Melissa Casey

WebNEERs Analyst and Support

Melissa is passionate about EFNEP and comes with seven years of experience working in the California State EFNEP program. Melissa begins a Master’s in Public Health in Fall 2018 at the University of Washington-Seattle School of Public Health. She is looking forward to expanding EFNEP reach in working with low-income families and youth. When Melissa is not working she loves to cook, explore the outdoors, and travel with her family.
