Meat Science and Beef Quality
Feeding & Nutrition of Show Steers
Steer Selection & Livestock Judging Class
Raising a Healthy Beef Project: healthcare, vaccinations & parasites
12:00 pm Lunch Provided
1:00 pm – 2:50 pm
Fitting and Showing of Beef
Low Stress Handling of Beef
2:50 pm Evaluations/Q&A

Cost: $10 per person*
