Financial Report:
- $217 Spent on Super Saturday
- Reserve funds are $11,408.15
- Floy recommends budgeting committee
Grant Application:
- Proposed that $500 is paid to Lorelai Justice for the National 4-H judging event.
- Unanimously passed.
- KYG estimation of $300-$400 per person (Including Chaperone)
- Motion presented by Paige and 2nd by Jim to present the KYG attendees 75% of their cost of attendance, was passed Unanimously.
Fair Entry:
- Fair entry cost went up $250 so the total cost yearly is now $750. Due by December 24th
- Hit and Miss on whether Fair Entry worked well or in general.
- The vote for fair entry was to pass and Alyssa Bowers is covered.
Premium Checks:
- Postage bill is $129.94

- Everyone enjoyed!
