  KYG

  • Cost is $330 per student and chaperone ($247.50 per student paid by association)
  • 7 attendees 

Shooting Sports:

  • June 22-27th, Omaha, Nebraska
  • $275 due by January 31st 
  • Asking about $1,300 per student (x2)
  • Motion to pay $500 each (x2) not to exceed $1,000 :  motion started Susan: seconded by Jim and ran Unopposed
  • Robert as a Chaperone $2,190 is being requested. Motion from Anita and seconded by Caroline to pay $300 for Roberts deposit, ran unopposed, will revisit paying for more. 

4-H Scholarships:

  • Jude wrote a letter to the committee, thanking for the support and the gifts, he included a picture. 
  • Isla was using the funds for her pre-vet at WSU
  • Paige gave an update on her use of funding at NDSU and how that benefited her.
  • Sue proposed we do fundraisers for scholarships, events, and more. Ideally a perpetual scholarship. 
  • The amount we proposed we use $2,000 in total for the applicants. 
  • Create a passthrough fund for the post secondary scholarships, from outside funds (research?) Unopposed
  • Caroline motions to allow Nancy to use the 4-H online for scholarships, unopposed, seconded by Anita
