4-H Club Kickoff
Wednesday, Sept 27th at 6pm OR Sunday, Oct 1st at 3:30pm A representative from each club must attend at least one of the above meetings. ** Please note the date change: the first kickoff meeting is now Wednesday instead of Thursday. ** Club renewal paperwork is at https://extension.wsu.edu/spokane/4h/volunteer/club-resources/. Bring completed Part A documents to the Kickoff meeting or turn in to the 4-H office by October 15th.

What: The 300 series of producer and processor species specific education events are back. This course will be taught using the WA Meat-Up mobile education unit. Attendees will participate in a learner engaged program that will span the following topics: selection, marketing, harvest, sensory evaluation, carcass evaluation, fabrication and further processing, etc. Why: This program is offered in partnership between Washington State University Extension and Washington State Department of Agriculture through WA Meat-UP.
