Honorary Leader Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate an individual to be recognized as an Honorary Leader by Yakima County 4-H. Honorary Leaders have demonstrated a legacy of service to Yakima County 4-H over several years. They continue to serve as committed volunteers and resources of historical knowledge after they have received the Honorary Leader designation. Deadline to submit nominations is Monday, October 13th 2025.
