2026 UI/WSU Youth Livestock Field Days
Registration is now open for the 2026 WSU/UI Youth Livestock Field Days. The events are open to all youth, and the $10 registration fee includes lunch. Adults who attend the events must also register. Spaces are limited, and these events often fill up. Register today!
- Beef – Saturday, March 7th at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds
- Swine – Saturday, March 14th at the Asotin County Fairgrounds
- Sheep & Goat – Saturday, March 21st at the University of Idaho
Tentative Schedule:
- 8:00 am – Registration Table Opens
- 8:45 am – Welcome
- 9:00 – 11:45 am – Morning Rotations
- Meat Science or Breeding 101
- Nutrition and Feeds
- Health
- Training and Showmanship *Adults and Youth will be seperated into different groups
- 11:45 – 12:15 pm – Lunch Provided (Vandal Dog, chips, cookie, drink)
- 12:15 – 1:30 pm – Afternoon Hands-on Stations
- 1:30 pm – Closing
