Club Financial Reporting – Due December 1st

The standard state requirement of submitting an Annual Financial Summary, Peer-Audit Report, and Property Inventory applies to all clubs. Clubs that handled more than $1000 and/or received more than $500 in donations in the last 4-H year are required to turn in their Treasurer’s Binder and Secretary’s Book. Any club, regardless of funds handled is still subject to audit and if selected will be asked to provide the previous year’s Treasurer’s Binder and Secretary’s Book. Information and forms will be mailed to club leaders on this month and are due to the Extension Office by Monday, December 1st, 2025.
