This year, Yakima County 4-H is offering youth to complete their county-level public presentations during County Council meetings. Creating a supportive, low-stress environment to try something new. And here’s the best part: Blue ribbon recipients automatically qualify to present at the Washington State 4-H Fair in Puyallup!
