Let Us Help With Your Gardening Questions!

Master Gardeners are on hand to help you with issues in your home and back yard. Our Plant Clinic is stocked with a library of resources, modern technology, and motivated, trained, and experienced Master Gardeners.

We will research your issue and contact you as soon as possible.  We suggest you take pictures related to your question and email them to us or you may bring a sample to our clinic.

April through October, our Master Gardeners are available three days a week at our Answer Clinic in the Yakima County Extension Office.

Farmer’s Market Answer Table

Every Sunday, mid-May through mid-October, Yakima County Master Gardeners have a table at the Downtown Yakima Farmers Market.

All Fair long, the Master Gardeners host a table. Come visit at the fair and get your current plant questions answered.

A: Hortsense is a database of more than one thousand fact sheets provided to home gardeners through WSU. They guide home gardeners in managing plant problems using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, including cultural controls and Washington State registered pesticides.
