Enrollment Fee Payment Information

This information has been updated for the 2022/2023 4-H year.

Thank you for joining 4-H! This information will help you determine where to pay your 4-H Enrollment fees.

Enrollment fees are charged by and paid to the county in which your primary club is located. This may be different from the county in which you reside.

Some counties charge a Local Programming Fee in addition to the State Enrollment Fee. Members participating in clubs in more than one county may be subject to the Local Programming Fee for each county selected.

Your invoice in 4-H Online will provide you with individual line items for each fee being charged.

  • If your local 4-H program does not charge a Local Programming Fee, you will only see “Washington 4-H Youth Development – Youth Member Program Fee” listed on your invoice.
  • If your local 4-H program does charge a Local Programming Fee, you will also see “COUNTY NAME – Youth Member Program Fee” listed on your invoice.

 

To be an active member in 4-H, you must pay all state and local fees. If you are in need of financial assistance, contact your local Extension Office.

Not all counties allow all payment types.

The Washington State 4-H Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. By submitting your 4-H enrollment you are agreeing to the fees outlined on your enrollment invoice. Local Programming fees and event fees are subject to local Extension and event-specific refund policies. Please check with the Extension office or event coordinator for their refund policy.
