This information has been updated for the 2019/2020 4-H year.
4-H Enrollment Fees are paid to the county in which your primary club is located. This may be different from your primary 4-H county (county of residence). If you aren’t sure which county you should be paying fees to, refer to your invoice or contact your County Extension Office.
Some counties charge a County Programming Fee in addition to the State Enrollment Fee. Members participating in clubs in more than one county may be subject to the County Programming Fee for each county selected.
Your invoice in 4HOnline will provide you with a breakdown of what fees are being charged. The fees will show up as follows if your county DOES charge a County Programming Fee:
CLUB: *CLUB NAME*: FEE — *County Name* County Programming Fee —
STATE: WA: FEE: State 4-H Enrollment Fee
If your county does not charge a County Programming Fee, you will only see the “STATE” line listed on your invoice.
To be an active member in 4-H, you must meet all state and county fees.
Not all counties allow all payment types.
The Washington State 4-H Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. By submitting your 4-H enrollment you are agreeing to the fees outlined on your enrollment invoice. County Programming fees and event fees are subject to county and event specific refund policies. Please check with your County Extension office or event coordinator for their refund policy.
